  1. Thanks for posting this. A culture of quality is an exciting prospect. They way I look at it is when your company doesn’t insist on producing the best / highest possible quality, you rob your team / employees of the chance to be proud of their work, you rob your company of the chance to earn a clients trust and you rob the customer / client of the chance to be wowed by your work.

  2. Also need to build quality in to the process. Making sure it is producible and repeatable with first time quality is better than fixing a problem later.
