  1. Yes, and getting EVERYONE talking is so important. In my experience, it’s the “careful” ones, who are cautious about not saying too much that have the most insightful things to say. Personally, I would give them some one-on-one time to say what’s on their hearts in a safe environment.

  2. Just seems crazy to me how often companies in crisis want to shut down the employee conversation. Perhaps that is a factor for getting them in trouble in the first place.
